Level 3 Re-Chartered: The Employment Security Commission (ESC)/Richmond County JobLink Career Center is very excited about the re-chartering we have received from the state through the Pee Dee Workforce Development Board. The re-chartering for 2008-2011 is a level 3, which is the highest achievable level. JobLink Career Center has been a level 3 since 2000.
