• to assist in short-term skill development or long-term training to help advance career plans.
• to refer clients who have physical or mental impairments that affect their ability to work and help participants re-enter the labor force.
• to provide information on Adult Basic Education and Continuing Education.
• to offer clerical skills testing to assist in employment selection. Richmond Community College is a JobLink partner and conducts Work Keys preparation and testing.
